Delivery & Returns – Bohemia Warehouse

We want every parcel to reach you quickly and safely.

Delivery

Orders placed before 13:00 are usually delivered within 24 hours.

Orders placed after 13:00 are delivered within approximately 48 hours.

Orders placed on Friday after 13:00 or during the weekend will be shipped on Monday.

Delivery is made by courier to the address provided in your order.

Free Shipping

• for orders over 250 RON in Bucharest (courier chosen by us)
• for orders over 600 RON nationwide (courier chosen by us)

For orders below these thresholds, the shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

Packaging

All products are carefully packed individually (bubble wrap, paper, original boxes) to ensure they arrive safely.

Defective Products

If you notice a defect, please send us a photo or video on the same day you receive the parcel via WhatsApp at +40 733 393 261.

The product will be replaced the following day, at our expense.

Returns

If you change your mind, you can return the products.

The product value will be refunded (excluding the initial shipping cost) after inspection.

Conditions:

• the product must be intact
• with all labels attached
• in its original box
• properly packed in a shipping box

Product Exchange

Exchanges cannot be made via courier swap.

After we receive and verify the returned product, we will decide together whether you prefer a replacement or a refund.
